Traditional "Kosher Style" Passover Dinner:
First Plate: Salmon + Chive Gefilte Fish
House-made terrine of salmon and chive gefilte fish with prepared horseradish on the side (nut-free, dairy-free, meat-free, gluten-free) Second Plate: Saffron + Leek Matzah Ball Soup
Broth of sautéed leeks, black garlic and Spanish saffron with poached, herbed matzah balls (nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, *broth will be gluten-free)
